Member Update to Disruption Notice

Prairie Centre Credit Union would like to provide members with an update from our June 15 communication regarding the cyber security incident. Our top priorities are the security of our members’ data and restoration of systems to minimize service delays, and we’ve made significant progress. 
Through the tremendous efforts of our staff and world-class cyber security partners, we’ve worked to restore most in-branch services. Should any remaining delays be expected, our staff will communicate this to you in advance. Online banking (including the mobile app), ATM, and point of sale transactions remain operating and available to you 24/7. For members who prefer to communicate with our staff via email, this channel has been safely restored. 
Prairie Centre continues to work with our cyber security partners as the investigation is still ongoing. In closing, we’d like to “Thank You” again for your patience and we are truly grateful for your support.
