Prairie Centre Credit Union has been affected by a cyber security incident. Out of an abundance of caution, at-risk systems were immediately shut down and Prairie Centre proceeded to bring in external experts to support an investigation.

Our members may experience disruptions to certain in-branch services as some systems remain offline. Our branches are open to serving members as we actively work to restore full service levels. Online banking (including the mobile app), ATM, point of sale, and e-Transfers are fully operational, and we encourage members to use these convenient services.

Prairie Centre Credit Union takes this matter very seriously. The integrity of our member data and banking system is always our top priority.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards full restoration of our in-branch services. We are currently unable to receive or respond to any member inquiries by email. However, members are able to send messages through our online banking platform and mobile app. If you have any questions, please call or stop by your local branch.
