You can set up various alerts in order to be notified:
- When there is a failed transfer of bill payment
- When there are insufficient funds for a transfer or bill payment
- If you hit the low balance threshold that you've set
- Of your balance each day/week/month
- When your account receives a deposit
- When your account has a withdrawal
These alerts can be sent as a text message, an email or both. Three mandatory alerts are also in place for security purposes:
- Password changed
- New biometric access
- Account locked
